Join a dynamic customer service team supporting order management and customer care in a fast-paced, remote environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, communicating clearly, and helping customers through every step of the order process.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders from entry through delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-through.
- Handle inquiries related to order status, product information, pricing, shipping, and inventory.
- Respond to customers and internal teams professionally by phone and written communication.
- Track and resolve order-related issues by raising internal tickets when needed.
- Support worklist management and help address concerns tied to order management, invoicing, shipping, and tracking.
- Contribute to a positive customer experience by resolving issues efficiently and proactively.
- Participate in required background check and drug screen processes prior to start, if selected.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, or a high school diploma with at least 6 years of customer service experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
- At least 3 years of customer service experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach.
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple requests and priorities.
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve concerns before they escalate.
- Comfort working with internal teams and external customers in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote setting.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in healthcare customer service.
- Experience using ERP systems.
- Background in cross-functional collaboration or project support.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to adapt quickly and contribute in a team-oriented environment.
