Join a high-impact enforcement operations role supporting safeguards and controls work for a fast-moving enterprise AI environment. This position focuses on CBRNE controls for trusted access and third-party enterprise operations, with flexibility to work in office (San Francisco, DC or New York preferred) or remotely for the right fit.
Responsibilities
- Support enforcement operations related to safeguards and controls within a trusted access program.
- Work on CBRNE controls for enterprise and third-party access initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to help maintain compliance-focused operational processes.
- Assist with coordination and execution of work tied to ITAR-controlled technical data requirements.
- Contribute to timely handling of urgent requests and operational follow-through.
- Help ensure submission requirements are met accurately and in writing when applicable.
- Provide dependable support in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
Skills
- Experience supporting operations, compliance, safeguards, or controlled access programs.
- Understanding of regulated environments and the importance of careful process adherence.
- Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and clear written communication skills.
- Comfort managing urgent work with professionalism and sound judgment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
- Must be a U.S. person as defined under ITAR, or hold existing U.S. government export authorization.
Preferred Skills
- Prior exposure to trusted access, export control, or security-related operations.
- Experience in a technology, enterprise, or highly regulated setting.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a role with changing needs and priorities.
- Experience supporting cross-functional coordination or program operations.
