We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex IT infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives, with a focus on Zero Trust, network security, cloud connectivity, and enterprise modernization. This role offers the opportunity to partner with technical and business teams to drive meaningful results across global environments while helping shape secure, scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale infrastructure, security, and network modernization projects.
- Build detailed project plans, schedules, forecasts, and execution roadmaps.
- Establish governance, reporting, and communication routines that keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation through deployment and closeout.
- Coordinate work across cross-functional teams, vendors, and business partners in multiple locations.
- Facilitate steering committee sessions, executive updates, and project reviews.
- Track budgets, monitor spending, and support financial planning and resource prioritization.
- Identify risks, manage dependencies, and drive issue resolution to support successful delivery.
- Oversee vendor coordination, milestone tracking, and contract-related governance activities.
- Support operational readiness, testing, cutover planning, and transition to steady-state operations.
- Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement after project completion.
Skills
- 7+ years of project or program management experience leading enterprise IT initiatives.
- Proven background managing infrastructure, cybersecurity, network, cloud, or digital transformation projects.
- Experience overseeing project budgets greater than $1M.
- Strong ability to coordinate global teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of project governance, lifecycle management, and delivery methodologies.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- BA or master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- PMP certification, or equivalent project management certification.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting Zero Trust or cybersecurity transformation programs.
- Familiarity with Palo Alto Networks, Zscaler, SD-WAN, cloud networking, or enterprise security tools.
- Experience working with global teams across time zones and regions.
- Knowledge of financial forecasting and portfolio management practices.
- Additional certifications such as PgMP, Agile, SAFe, or Scrum Master.
- Experience working in enterprise IT infrastructure environments.
