We’re looking for a Data Analytics Manager to help develop data models, create finance-ready extracts, and support dashboard reporting for multiple case management programs. This role offers the chance to work across several internal teams, turn complex requirements into practical data solutions, and contribute to process improvement in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements from partner teams and translate them into clear data solutions
- Write and validate SQL queries to confirm logic and data accuracy
- Use Snowflake to support data gathering and reporting workflows
- Build and maintain data models using DBT
- Create Excel file extracts for finance team partners
- Support automation efforts using Alteryx when needed
- Develop Power BI dashboards based on the underlying data models
- Collaborate with multiple teams to keep work moving and ensure alignment across stakeholders
- Work independently while managing priorities and maintaining progress on deliverables
Skills
- 5+ years of SQL experience
- 2+ years of experience with DBT
- 2+ years of experience with Snowflake
- 2+ years of experience with Power BI
- Ability to gather requirements and convert business needs into technical deliverables
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Clear communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams
- Experience managing work independently and driving progress as a team of one
- Ability to produce accurate data outputs and reporting materials
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Alteryx
- Background supporting healthcare data or related reporting processes
- Experience working with finance stakeholders
- Familiarity with creating dashboards for tracking and monitoring business processes
- Ability to adapt quickly and work through changing priorities
