Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI, machine learning, generative AI, and agentic AI solutions that solve domain-specific business challenges
- Build and support workflows that extract complex, unstructured, and multimodal content into accurate structured data using cloud-based document processing tools
- Create and maintain interoperable AI agents and components using Model Context Protocol (MCP) and related frameworks
- Develop automated testing approaches for large language model solutions, including regression test suites to help identify prompt issues and model drift
- Integrate AI applications with internal and external services using secure authentication and authorization practices
- Apply responsible AI practices to help protect solutions from prompt injection, jailbreaks, and other security risks
- Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines covering data ingestion, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring in cloud environments
- Collaborate with data scientists, architects, product managers, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals
- Provide technical guidance, hands-on support, and mentorship to teams across the enterprise
- Create reusable tools, frameworks, and best practices that help accelerate AI development and adoption
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience designing and deploying real-world AI or machine learning solutions
- Strong Python development skills
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, or Anthropic
- Practical experience with prompt engineering, context construction, grounding strategies, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Ability to work with unstructured content from sources such as email, documents, PDFs, and webpages
- Experience building REST APIs and integrating with internal and external APIs
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, cloud AI technologies, and emerging agentic AI technologies
- Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, Bedrock, Step Functions, API Gateway, IAM, SageMaker, ECS, and S3
- Understanding of MLOps practices, including CI/CD, model versioning, and model monitoring
- Experience with SQL, data engineering, and feature engineering
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with enterprise data privacy, AI governance, and observability practices
Preferred Skills
- Master’s degree in a related technical field
- Experience with agentic AI frameworks
- Experience with intelligent document processing and/or OCR technologies
- Knowledge of Google A2A
- Experience with observability tools for AI or GenAI environments, such as Dynatrace or similar platforms
- Experience working in highly regulated industries such as healthcare or finance
- Familiarity with Docker, Airflow, Kubeflow, Git, Jira, and Confluence
- Cloud provider certifications in AI or machine learning
- Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or published research
