JOB DESCRIPTION

Bring your CRO expertise to a high-impact digital marketing team focused on improving web and eCommerce experiences across a large, complex B2B environment. This role combines hands-on experimentation, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to help shape the testing strategy, optimize conversion, and drive measurable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day execution of A/B, split, and multivariate tests within Optimizely.
  • Build and launch brand-compliant web and page variations in Optimizely CMS.
  • Develop and manage personalization campaigns for targeted audience segments.
  • Use generative AI tools to speed up testing ideas, variation copy, and workflow efficiency.
  • Monitor live experiments and validate tracking in Google Analytics 4.
  • Review session recordings, heatmaps, and user feedback to identify friction points and testing opportunities.
  • Document experiment outcomes and provide clear, data-backed recommendations for next steps.
  • Optimize key conversion points across the buyer journey, including forms, pricing pages, checkout, trial nurture, and abandoned cart experiences.
  • Partner with UX, design, and engineering teams to implement experiments and troubleshoot complex builds.
  • Perform thorough QA across devices and browsers before tests go live.

Skills

  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, web optimization, or eCommerce with a strong focus on hands-on CRO execution.
  • Deep, practical experience with the Optimizely suite, including Optimizely Web Experimentation and Optimizely CMS.
  • Strong front-end development skills with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or jQuery.
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics 4 and user behavior tools.
  • Experience working within enterprise B2B environments and complex marketing/sales funnels.
  • Proven ability to improve conversion metrics and contribute to revenue or pipeline growth through experimentation.
  • Excellent QA, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Comfort collaborating across marketing, UX, design, and engineering teams.
  • Hands-on experience using CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, or HubSpot.
  • A collaborative, organized approach with strong communication and prioritization skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with B2B eCommerce optimization and Adobe Commerce.
  • Background in checkout optimization, abandoned cart recovery, or trial-to-paid conversion.
  • Experience supporting product-led growth or digital purchasing journeys.
  • Familiarity with large websites, multiple product lines, and complex stakeholder environments.
  • Exposure to lifecycle marketing and full-funnel conversion tracking.
  • Experience leading or contributing to growth-focused experimentation strategy.
  • Interest in using AI to improve testing speed, ideation, and analysis.
