Join a dynamic team supporting strategic initiatives that improve member experience, operational performance, and regulatory readiness. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex, cross-functional projects from planning through implementation while partnering with teams across operations, technology, product, marketing, digital, and strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring clear scope, milestones, and success measures.
- Build and maintain integrated project plans that align multiple teams around shared goals and timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and keep workstreams moving forward through consistent follow-up and issue resolution.
- Monitor progress, identify risks early, and adjust plans to address changes or roadblocks.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions to align priorities, support decision-making, and manage competing perspectives.
- Prepare concise status updates, presentations, and executive-ready communications that translate project activity into business impact.
- Support the development of analytic requirements for initiatives and partner with analytics teams to refine dashboards and reporting needs.
- Contribute to process improvements that strengthen project delivery, governance, and team effectiveness.
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in project or program management leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven ability to drive work from strategy through execution and delivery.
- Strong project planning, risk management, and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and dependencies at the same time.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with shifting priorities and ambiguity.
- Ability to use AI and digital automation tools to improve project execution and business outcomes.
- Solid business acumen with the ability to connect day-to-day execution to broader organizational goals.
Preferred Skills
- PMP, Agile, Scrum, or similar project management certification.
- Experience supporting Medicare, Medicaid, Dual Eligible, or other government programs.
- Background in operational transformation, process improvement, or strategic initiative delivery.
- Experience working within a large, complex organization.
- Experience collaborating with analytics teams on reporting requirements and dashboard enhancements.
