This Program Manager role is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and knows how to bring structure to complex, high-visibility work. You’ll help coordinate major campaigns, events, and executive-level experiences while partnering closely with a creative team to keep projects moving smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Lead program management efforts for a creative team supporting high-profile initiatives
- Bring structure and organization to complex, fast-moving workstreams
- Coordinate 360 campaign planning and execution across multiple stakeholders
- Support upcoming major events, including large-scale showcase activities
- Help oversee the creative development process for key productions and deliverables
- Plan and manage events, including executive dinners and other high-touch experiences
- Build and maintain detailed master schedules to keep projects aligned and on track
- Run effective status meetings and keep teams informed on progress, risks, and next steps
- Partner with internal teams to ensure priorities, timelines, and deliverables are clearly communicated
Skills
- Strong experience in program or project management
- Background in creative, agency, or in-house environments
- Experience supporting events, productions, or executive-facing experiences
- Ability to manage complex work with strong organization and attention to detail
- Confident communication and meeting facilitation skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional discussions and keep teams aligned
- Skilled at creating clarity in fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous situations
- Strong scheduling, coordination, and follow-through skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting campaign development or large brand initiatives
- Familiarity with high-profile events and executive-level coordination
- Experience in environments where priorities shift quickly
- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative professionals
