Join a dynamic corporate communications operations team where you’ll help keep high-impact partnerships, sponsorships, and cross-functional initiatives moving forward. Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics, timelines, and deliverables for media partnerships and sponsorship activations.
- Manage communication and follow-up with external partners and internal stakeholders to keep projects on track.
- Support contract, procurement, invoice, and approval workflows in partnership with Finance and Legal.
- Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and help organize team operations and workflows.
- Track project status, update documentation, and keep stakeholders informed on progress and next steps.
- Help drive cross-functional execution across communications priorities with strong attention to detail.
Skills
- 5–7 years of experience in project management, communications operations, agency account management, marketing operations, or a related cross-functional role.
- Experience working with teams across Communications, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and external partners.
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Airtable, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.
- Comfort working through ambiguity, prioritizing competing demands, and independently moving work forward.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting contracts, invoices, budgets, procurement, or vendor management.
- Background supporting corporate communications, public relations, marketing, or executive communications teams.
- Strong collaborative mindset and the ability to adapt quickly in a team-oriented environment.
