Skills

• At least 2 years of project or program management experience.
• Proven ability to run end-to-end projects in a structured and organized way.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent time management and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Proficiency in project planning and execution methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification or related project management experience.
• Experience with Excel.
• Six Sigma experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
