  • Coordinate execution across multiple concurrent data and technology workstreams, ensuring deliverables stay aligned with broader program goals.
  • Track risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, and follow-up items, and escalate concerns proactively when needed.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to support delivery, implementation planning, and readiness reviews.
  • Facilitate status meetings, cross-team coordination sessions, and implementation checkpoints.
  • Create concise, fact-based status updates, dashboards, and executive-ready reporting materials.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination across data, governance, engineering, analytics, and business teams.
  • Maintain clear project documentation and ensure Jira and Confluence remain reliable sources of truth.

Skills

  • 8+ years of project management, technology delivery, PMO, or related experience.
  • Experience supporting banking or financial services initiatives, especially in data, analytics, governance, regulatory, risk, or modernization areas.
  • Background managing data-related projects such as data warehousing, data integration, ETL, data governance, reporting, or data management.
  • Strong hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence for delivery tracking, reporting, collaboration, and documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Strong organization, planning, follow-through, and accountability skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to share updates clearly with varied stakeholder groups.
  • Working knowledge of data governance concepts such as data quality, data lineage, metadata management, and critical data elements.
  • Experience working in Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Skills

  • PMP certification.
  • Scrum Master certification.
  • Experience supporting enterprise data and analytics organizations.
  • Exposure to enterprise data platforms such as Alation, GCP, or BigQuery.
  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation or modernization initiatives.
  • Familiarity with lending, collateral management, and regulatory reporting.
