Join a dynamic product management opportunity focused on driving business requirements, cross-team coordination, and delivery execution in a fast-paced agile environment. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys partnering across teams, supporting sprint delivery, and helping bring clarity to complex product work.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain business requirements, work plans, and high-level flow diagrams, updating them as project needs evolve.
- Plan and support goals, milestones, and delivery activities across application development efforts, agile or kanban sprints, and system projects.
- Coordinate day-to-day activities for an onshore scrum team while tracking dependencies and helping remove blockers across multiple partner teams.
- Partner with offshore product and scrum leads to support defect management and issue resolution.
- Review team deliverables before they are shared with business stakeholders and leadership.
- Support project analysis, design, execution, and metrics reporting using collaboration and tracking tools.
- Maintain accurate and current documentation in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
- Collaborate with QA leadership on use cases, test cases, and test results to help support quality assurance efforts.
- Work closely with risk, fraud, and other internal partner groups to help ensure alignment with process and product standards.
Skills
- Experience in product management, agile delivery, or scrum team coordination.
- Ability to write business requirements and translate needs into clear project documentation.
- Strong understanding of agile or kanban methodologies and sprint-based delivery.
- Experience managing cross-functional dependencies and keeping work moving across multiple teams.
- Familiarity with project and documentation tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Comfort working in a remote environment and collaborating with distributed teams.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to support QA activities and help ensure deliverables are complete and well-documented.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Swagger, Postman, sequence diagrams, or similar technical planning tools.
- Exposure to dashboards or reporting tools such as Data Dog, Tableau, or Adobe.
- Certification such as PMP or CPM.
- Background in authentication-related work.
- Experience working with risk, fraud, or other regulated business partners.
