JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic product management role supporting a fully remote, long-term initiative with a fast-paced, collaborative team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys driving business requirements, guiding agile delivery, and keeping multiple workstreams moving smoothly across partner teams.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business needs into clear requirements, work plans, and high-level process flows that adapt as priorities evolve.
  • Define, plan, and track milestones for application development, agile/kanban sprints, and related system projects.
  • Lead day-to-day coordination for an onshore scrum team while removing blockers and managing dependencies across multiple partner teams.
  • Support offshore product ownership and scrum management efforts, including defect tracking and resolution follow-up.
  • Review team deliverables before they are shared with stakeholders to help ensure quality and alignment.
  • Collaborate with risk, fraud, and other internal groups to support process adherence and product standards.
  • Work closely with QA partners on testing procedures, including use cases, test cases, and validation results.
  • Maintain project documentation in systems such as JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint, keeping materials current and organized.
  • Use technical planning tools and methods to support solution understanding, including sequence diagrams, Swagger, and Postman.
  • Monitor progress and reporting through dashboard and analytics tools to help inform decision-making.

Skills

  • Experience creating business requirements, project work plans, and high-level process documentation.
  • Strong background supporting product management or project management in an Agile environment.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage dependencies across several teams.
  • Comfort working with scrum teams and supporting day-to-day delivery activities.
  • Familiarity with documentation and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
  • Understanding of technical planning concepts, including flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, Swagger, and Postman.
  • Experience supporting QA activities, including test case development and result review.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and business partners.
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred Skills

  • PMP or CPM certification.
  • Experience with authentication-related initiatives.
  • Exposure to dashboard or reporting tools such as Data Dog, Tableau, or Adobe.
  • Experience supporting large, cross-functional enterprise programs.
  • Background working with offshore teams and defect management processes.
