Join a dynamic HR product team as a Workday HCM Product Solutions Consultant supporting the design, configuration, testing, and delivery of scalable system capabilities. This hybrid role focuses on improving employee and stakeholder experiences through cross-functional collaboration, agile delivery, and thoughtful Workday HCM solutions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders and product teams to gather, refine, and document Workday HCM requirements.
- Support the configuration, enhancement, and optimization of Core HCM functionality within Workday.
- Translate business needs into functional solution designs that support scalable outcomes.
- Help plan, coordinate, and execute user acceptance testing, including issue tracking and defect support.
- Collaborate with product owners, executive stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to support successful delivery.
- Assist with the Business Process Framework and contribute to workflow and rules improvements.
- Support release planning, product planning, and delivery expectations within an agile environment.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and system capabilities.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer engineering, human resources, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of relevant Workday experience.
- Experience gathering requirements, designing solutions, prototyping, and testing Workday Core HCM solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and related business process functionality.
- Ability to communicate clearly with business users, technical teams, and leadership.
- Experience supporting complex analysis and delivering practical, scalable solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage testing, issue resolution, and delivery follow-through.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with agile ways of working.
Preferred Skills
- Global configuration experience in Workday.
- Experience with offer letter configuration, job requisitions, and dynamic job application processes.
- Broader knowledge of HR functions, including payroll, compensation, recruiting, staffing, and benefits.
- Experience working with Jira and other HR technology tools.
- Ability to evaluate tools, vendors, and process improvements to support automation.
- Experience configuring complex workflows and business rules.
- Strong attention to detail and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with in-office expectations.
