  • Advise on group sales, event management, catering, lead handling, and opportunity-to-booking processes.
  • Support discovery sessions, requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation planning for hospitality technology initiatives.
  • Evaluate how group business is sourced through channels such as Cvent Supplier Network, CVBs, DMOs, third-party marketplaces, and emerging sourcing platforms.
  • Analyze lead generation, routing, qualification, and conversion processes across the sourcing ecosystem.
  • Provide expertise on MeetingBroker workflows and integration with Delphi, including property-level and enterprise-level sales processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and system integrators to define future-state capabilities.
  • Advise on integrations across reservations, PMS, revenue management, pricing, inventory, CRM, and customer profile systems.
  • Identify dependencies, risks, and operational impacts related to hospitality technology ecosystems.
  • Contribute industry perspective to support workshops, executive discussions, and transformation planning.

Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in hospitality technology, group sales, catering, meetings, or events technology.
  • Deep working knowledge of Amadeus Delphi and the end-to-end sales and catering process.
  • Hands-on understanding of Amadeus MeetingBroker and group lead management workflows.
  • Experience working with hotel brands, hospitality management companies, or large enterprise hospitality environments.
  • Strong understanding of group reservations, pricing, inventory management, and PMS integration concepts.
  • Ability to translate business processes into clear technology requirements and integration specifications.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across business, technical, and vendor teams.
  • Ability to support strategic discussions while also understanding operational detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Direct experience supporting Delphi and/or MeetingBroker implementations, migrations, or rollouts within the last 3–5 years.
  • Experience with large hospitality enterprises such as Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, or similar organizations.
  • Familiarity with Marriott’s sales, events, and group booking ecosystem.
  • Experience with Opera PMS or other hospitality platform ecosystems.
  • Exposure to evolving sourcing models and emerging planner acquisition platforms.
  • Background working with system integrators, software vendors, or enterprise architecture teams.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to connect business goals to technology outcomes.
