Join a fast-paced product development environment where you’ll help coordinate cross-functional work that supports innovative edge-based AI features for consumer devices. This role is a great fit for an organized, proactive project professional who enjoys keeping timelines on track, partnering with engineering and leadership teams, and making sure important milestones are met.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities across engineering, technical program management, and leadership partners
- Track schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables throughout the product lifecycle
- Monitor project health, flag risks or blockers early, and help drive issues to resolution
- Support internal testing phases, including alpha and beta activities, to help keep launches on track
- Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings and share timely status updates with stakeholders
- Prepare project summaries and progress reports for leadership and partner teams
- Help ensure work stays organized, aligned, and moving forward across multiple priorities
- Escalate concerns appropriately when action is needed to keep projects progressing
Skills
- 2–3+ years of experience in project coordination, program coordination, or project management
- Experience supporting product development lifecycles and understanding major milestones and dependencies
- Strong scheduling and organization skills with experience using Microsoft Project or similar tools
- Experience working with SharePoint or comparable collaboration platforms
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to keep stakeholders informed and aligned
- Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Comfort working independently, solving problems, and escalating when appropriate
- Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting consumer electronics or hardware product launches
- Familiarity with consumer device development environments
- Knowledge of product lifecycle concepts and launch readiness planning
- Experience using AI tools or other productivity tools to support project work
- Strong sense of ownership and proactive communication style
- Ability to stay ahead of risks and anticipate project needs
