  • Translate strategic goals into detailed schedules, milestones, deliverables, and product roadmaps
  • Coordinate across hardware, software, firmware, functional safety, systems, procurement, and vehicle development teams to align priorities and dependencies
  • Partner with contract manufacturers to plan and execute prototype and engineering builds
  • Incorporate design-for-manufacturing and design-for-test feedback into development work
  • Build and maintain clear program reporting for leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Identify risks early, communicate issues transparently, and drive mitigation actions to completion
  • Facilitate meetings, set agendas for key decisions, and help remove bottlenecks
  • Support cross-functional decision-making across engineering, finance, and strategy

Skills

  • Clear and concise communication skills, especially when presenting status, risk, and progress to leadership
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments with changing priorities
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and the ability to influence without formal authority
  • Experience using program management tools such as JIRA and Gantt charts

Preferred Skills

  • Automotive or consumer electronics experience at the system or subsystem level
  • Experience managing multiple end-to-end development cycles involving hardware and software integration
  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience supporting mass production and post-production sustaining phases
  • Strong relationship-building skills with senior leaders and technical teams
