JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team driving enterprise Agile transformation and improving how digital products are delivered across the organization. This hybrid opportunity in the Los Angeles/Irvine area is ideal for an experienced Agile program leader who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, product teams, and engineering to create better outcomes through collaboration, structure, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Agile program efforts that support business objectives and product strategy
  • Facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Partner with product owners and engineering teams to manage and prioritize backlogs
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and help drive solutions to keep work moving forward
  • Support the adoption of Agile practices and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
  • Monitor and share Agile delivery metrics, including velocity and cycle time, to support continuous improvement
  • Work with leadership to advance Agile maturity across teams and programs
  • Coach and support teams in strengthening their Agile practices and delivery effectiveness
  • Promote strong cross-functional alignment to help teams deliver high-quality digital products

Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in Agile program management, product management, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
  • Experience leading Agile teams and supporting transformation efforts in large organizations
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence leadership
  • Experience managing roadmaps, backlogs, and feature prioritization
  • Ability to use data and metrics to improve delivery processes
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

Preferred Skills

  • Agile certifications such as CSM, SA, or PMI-ACP
  • Experience in digital product management within a consulting environment
  • Understanding of customer experience, design thinking, and Lean product development
  • Experience supporting Agile teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to help drive business value through innovation and continuous improvement
