We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of important business initiatives from planning through execution. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who can manage scope, schedule, risk, and stakeholder communication while keeping project goals aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Drive project delivery from initiation through completion, ensuring objectives, scope, schedule, quality, and budget are managed effectively.
- Develop clear project plans, task breakdowns, timelines, and interdependencies to keep work moving forward.
- Coordinate resources and partner with leadership and project governance teams to support successful execution.
- Monitor progress, identify risks and issues early, and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Prepare status updates, progress reports, and stakeholder communications that keep all parties informed and aligned.
- Track success measures, evaluate performance, and support cost-benefit analysis and decision-making.
- Facilitate change requests and help guide project transitions into ongoing business operations.
- Ensure project documentation, artifacts, and processes follow established methodology and standards.
Skills
- Proven experience leading multiple complex projects from planning through delivery.
- Strong understanding of project management methods, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and present status clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound, objective decision-making.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and stay focused on results.
- Detail-oriented approach with the confidence to work independently when needed.
- Ability to balance input from multiple stakeholders while keeping projects on track.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with formal project governance structures such as steering committees or project management offices.
- Background supporting business process transitions or operational handoffs.
- Familiarity with Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI) methods.
- Experience coaching or mentoring team members to support project success.
- Ability to quickly synthesize information and turn concepts into actionable steps.
