Bring your project management expertise to a fast-paced packaging development role where you’ll help guide initiatives from early planning through launch and post-launch review. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate across product development, branding, creative, sourcing, and supplier teams to deliver packaging solutions that support business goals, customer needs, quality standards, and sustainability priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead packaging projects from kickoff through launch and post-launch evaluation.
- Build and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and key deliverables.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, requirements, ownership, and success measures.
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities and keep work moving forward against deadlines.
- Track progress, manage changes, and communicate status updates clearly to stakeholders.
- Identify risks early and work with partners to develop practical mitigation plans.
- Support resource planning and help balance workloads across teams.
- Facilitate collaboration and drive alignment across multiple functions and priorities.
- Document lessons learned and help improve future project execution.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
- Strong organization, planning, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to problem-solve, think critically, and make sound decisions.
- Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
Preferred Skills
- Background in packaging development or consumer product packaging.
- PMP, Agile, or similar project management training or certification.
- Familiarity with project management software and collaboration tools.
- Experience leading teams through change or process improvement.
- Understanding of packaging materials, manufacturing, or supply chain processes.
