Join a dynamic digital marketing team as a Digital Marketing & Web Content Coordinator, where you’ll help keep web pages, event registrations, and digital campaigns accurate, engaging, and on schedule. This remote opportunity offers the chance to support a wide range of marketing initiatives while working with cross-functional teams on content updates, event promotion, and website improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage event registration pages and updates in Cvent for a high volume of annual events.
• Support digital marketing efforts across websites, email, social media, and event promotion channels.
• Update website content, including text, images, documents, and event details, within a CMS.
• Review and publish web updates with a focus on accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and compliance.
• Assist with content migration and platform changes as needed.
• Maintain content inventories and support ongoing website enhancements.
• Coordinate with marketing, SEO, social media, and website teams to help deliver projects on time.

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing communications, website content management, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience using Cvent.
• Experience updating content in a CMS.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written communication and strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common collaboration tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Drupal, Contentful, or another enterprise content management system.
• Familiarity with digital marketing campaigns across organic and paid channels.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to support evolving web and marketing needs.
