Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable front-end applications using React and modern JavaScript
- Partner with designers and backend engineers to deliver features from concept through release
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code that supports high-quality user experiences
- Improve application performance and responsiveness across key user workflows
- Contribute to technical discussions around architecture, design, and implementation approaches
- Support ongoing enhancements to tools used for campaign creation, monitoring, reporting, and spend tracking
- Stay current with front-end best practices, emerging tools, and accessibility standards
Skills
- 5+ years of professional front-end development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with React and modern JavaScript
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and accessibility best practices
- Experience working with Redux or similar state management patterns
- Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a small team
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage priorities proactively
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting enterprise or customer-facing web applications
- Familiarity with advertising technology, retail media, or campaign management tools
- Background contributing to performance optimization initiatives
- Experience working in a cross-functional product environment
- Interest in design systems, component reusability, and front-end architecture
