Join a delivery-focused Agile leadership role where you will help teams plan, execute, and continuously improve how work moves from strategy to delivery. This position partners with product, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to strengthen planning discipline, manage dependencies, and support consistent, transparent execution across multiple teams.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate quarterly planning, sprint planning, and release planning across assigned teams.
- Align team capacity, roadmaps, and priorities to support predictable delivery outcomes.
- Track progress against commitments and surface risks, blockers, and dependencies early.
- Support cross-team coordination through planning forums, Scrum of Scrums, and dependency reviews.
- Promote clear delivery reporting, metrics, forecasting, and stakeholder communication.
- Help coordinate releases and key milestones across teams, applications, and business initiatives.
- Improve standard delivery practices, governance routines, and working agreements.
- Encourage effective use of delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Dragonboat.
- Support compliance with SDLC, risk, audit, and governance requirements.
- Partner with leaders to identify opportunities for greater flow, quality, and team effectiveness.
Skills
- Strong background in delivery management and project management.
- Experience working in Agile software delivery environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Comfort using metrics and data to improve planning and execution.
- Ability to coach teams and influence consistent delivery practices.
- Experience supporting governance, process rigor, and operational excellence.
- Collaborative approach with a focus on transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting quarterly planning and release coordination.
- Familiarity with product, engineering, operations, and business partnership models.
- Exposure to portfolio or program-level delivery coordination.
- Experience improving team throughput, cycle time, and predictability.
- Background helping teams adopt shared Agile operating practices.
