Join a dynamic remote team supporting privacy operations and program coordination for a fast-paced technology environment. This role is ideal for an organized, collaborative professional who enjoys driving cross-functional planning, improving processes, and keeping teams aligned through clear communication and strong project management.
Responsibilities
- Partner with planning leads to support the biannual planning process and keep deliverables on track.
- Maintain planning materials, templates, and status updates for key team initiatives.
- Track monthly scorecard updates, follow up on outstanding items, and share progress with stakeholders.
- Coordinate communications related to planning, status reporting, and team updates.
- Work across teams to identify workflow gaps and help document improved processes and ways of working.
- Support end-to-end process development and coordination for new and existing initiatives.
- Organize team gatherings, including travel logistics, accommodations, agendas, RSVPs, and event communications.
- Collect attendee feedback and help prepare post-event recaps.
- Assist with training sessions and conference coordination, including external partnerships and membership-related details.
- Help manage team communications and keep internal resources accurate, current, and easy to use.
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in cross-functional program management.
- 2-3 years of experience working in a technology company.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills across multiple teams and time zones.
- Ability to work independently, stay proactive, and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Ability to identify process gaps and support improvements to workflows and communications.
- Clear, concise written communication skills for stakeholder updates and team materials.
- Experience using Google Suite.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting privacy, operations, or enablement-related programs.
- Background coordinating internal events, team gatherings, or training sessions.
- Comfort working in a global environment with distributed teams.
- Experience creating templates, status trackers, and process documentation.
- Strong attention to detail when managing schedules, updates, and stakeholder communications.
