Bring your packaging and marketing expertise to a fast-paced onsite contract opportunity supporting creative strategy and project execution. In this role, you’ll help translate brand and business priorities into compelling packaging briefs while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver strong consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine packaging-focused creative briefs that align with brand, business, and packaging strategies
• Collaborate with teams across brand management, creative, production design, merchandising, strategy, operations, marketing, and insights
• Support end-to-end coordination of packaging projects to help ensure smooth execution from planning through delivery
• Use consumer, market, and competitive insights to identify opportunities that strengthen brand communication and the customer experience
• Create packaging strategies that support broader brand themes and can be scaled across channels
• Help manage priorities, budgets, timelines, risks, and day-to-day project activity
• Facilitate productive working meetings and support team alignment on goals and next steps
• Contribute to financial tracking and overall project organization

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing requests effectively
• Comfort analyzing complex information and sharing it clearly with a broad audience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting packaging, brand, or creative marketing initiatives
• Background in project coordination, operations, or workflow management
• Ability to balance structure, attention to detail, and flexibility in a dynamic setting
