Responsibilities

• Support the product development function by coordinating with cross-functional partners to keep work progressing smoothly.
• Compile, enter, and review style costs while identifying and highlighting discrepancies for follow-up.
• Track concept samples and help manage sampling processes to support timely sample delivery.
• Work with mills and vendors to monitor sample progress and maintain delivery timelines.
• Maintain time-and-action calendars and help ensure important deadlines are met.
• Communicate daily with overseas sourcing teams to support ongoing development activities.
• Build strong working relationships with design, merchandising, and planning teams.

Skills

• Experience supporting product development or a similar apparel-related coordination role.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines at once.
• Attention to detail when reviewing costs, samples, and calendar milestones.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for daily cross-functional and overseas collaboration.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-moving environment.
• Comfort using processes and systems to support tracking and workflow management.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working with vendors, mills, or overseas sourcing partners.
• Familiarity with apparel product development, sampling, and time-and-action calendars.
