JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic exterior services operations team supporting a large, multi-location portfolio in a fast-paced environment. This six-month contract opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys vendor coordination, data analysis, reporting, and helping keep critical service programs running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of exterior service programs, including landscaping, lot sweeping, and snow removal.
  • Assist with vendor management activities, including communication, follow-up, and issue resolution.
  • Track and administer work orders while helping maintain accurate program documentation.
  • Analyze operational data, identify trends, and help prepare reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Monitor deliverables across multiple locations and help ensure deadlines and priorities stay on track.
  • Perform audits, quality checks, and data validation to support accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, field partners, and external service providers to keep work moving efficiently.
  • Support process execution and help improve workflows through organized follow-up and clear communication.

Skills

  • 3+ years of experience supporting operational programs, facilities programs, vendor management, or field service operations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, trend analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and deadlines in a high-volume environment.
  • Experience working with vendors, contractors, service providers, or external business partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to review data, recognize trends, and recommend action steps.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with experience supporting audits, documentation, and data quality.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a structured and collaborative setting.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with IBM Maximo or a similar CMMS/work order management platform.
  • Background reviewing scopes of work, service proposals, maintenance requests, or vendor submissions.
  • Experience in facilities management, maintenance operations, property management, or field operations.
  • Exposure to supporting large, geographically dispersed programs or multi-site operations.
  • Familiarity with landscaping, snow removal, parking lot maintenance, or exterior services.
