Join a high-impact program management opportunity supporting a complex technology activation and decommission effort. This role is ideal for someone who excels at coordinating cross-functional teams, managing dependencies, and driving clear execution across multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain the overall program plan, including milestones, dependencies, activation timelines, and decommission milestones.
  • Track cross-team dependencies and help ensure alignment on sequencing, ownership, and delivery expectations.
  • Facilitate program discussions to resolve risks, blockers, timeline conflicts, and emerging issues.
  • Partner closely with product, engineering, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders to support delivery goals.
  • Prepare and maintain program documentation such as status updates, dependency trackers, risk logs, decision logs, and leadership summaries.
  • Coordinate across teams to support activation readiness, operational readiness, and decommission readiness.
  • Provide visibility into program health, key milestones, risks, decisions, and execution progress.
  • Support planning and execution toward full activation and legacy component decommissioning milestones.
  • Follow established program management, agile delivery, and documentation practices.

Skills

  • Senior-level experience in program management, project management, or technical delivery management for large-scale technology initiatives.
  • Strong ability to manage dependencies, timelines, risks, and delivery plans across multiple teams.
  • Experience building and driving activation, transition, or decommission plans for complex systems.
  • Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to align stakeholders and support decision-making.
  • Strong risk management capabilities, including identifying issues early and driving mitigation plans.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create concise status updates and executive-ready documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams at once.
  • Ability to influence without authority and keep teams moving toward shared outcomes.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to help navigate competing priorities and emerging challenges.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with supply chain or merchandising systems.
  • Background in mainframe modernization or legacy platform decommissioning programs.
  • Experience working in agile delivery environments with engineering and product teams.
  • Comfort collaborating with a broad range of technical and business stakeholders.
