Join a fast-moving AI transformation effort as an AI Enablement & Adoption Coordinator supporting learning, engagement, and adoption across a large global workforce. In this hands-on contract role, you’ll help manage the day-to-day operations that keep AI training programs, events, and champion communities running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the AI learning platform, including content uploads, course assignments, badge tracking, and access support.
• Coordinate learning content related to AI tools, responsible use, and AI guiding principles.
• Plan and support AI learning events, including scheduling, communication, registration tracking, and post-event follow-up.
• Help manage the AI Champions network by onboarding new members, coordinating outreach, and tracking participation across teams.
• Monitor learning progress, badge completion, and adoption metrics to support reporting for leadership updates.
• Partner with internal stakeholders on communications and rollout logistics for AI learning and adoption initiatives.

Skills

• Experience administering an LMS or similar learning platform.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating programs, events, or communities.
• Clear, professional written communication skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift.
• Interest in AI tools, learning adoption, and organizational change.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting ambassador, champion, or peer advocate programs.
• Reporting or dashboard experience using tools such as Excel or SharePoint.
• Background supporting internal communications or operational rollout activities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and adapt quickly to evolving needs.
