We’re looking for an experienced Sr. IT Project Lead to drive multiple enterprise architecture enablement initiatives from planning through delivery. This remote opportunity is ideal for someone who excels at coordinating cross-functional teams, managing dependencies, and bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex technology projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery for several related enterprise architecture initiatives, including SharePoint site redesign, ServiceNow configuration work, integrations, and agent rollout efforts.
- Build and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependency tracking across multiple workstreams.
- Manage project backlogs, team assignments, and deliverables to keep work moving forward efficiently.
- Track and communicate scope, risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, and action items with clear escalation paths.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery coordination with architecture leaders, platform owners, and supporting teams.
- Facilitate working sessions, design discussions, sprint reviews, release activities, and steering updates.
- Coordinate efforts across designers, developers, architects, platform teams, and external partners.
- Monitor progress against success measures and acceptance criteria to support timely delivery.
- Support readiness for testing, production deployment, and operational transition.
- Prepare clear, concise status reporting for leadership covering schedule, scope, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
Skills
- Strong project management experience leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and dependencies at the same time.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present updates clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership in coordinating teams, driving accountability, and resolving delivery challenges.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Solid planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to facilitate meetings, capture decisions, and maintain alignment across stakeholders.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting enterprise architecture, SharePoint, or ServiceNow-related projects.
- Background in managing software configuration, integrations, or platform rollout efforts.
- Familiarity with backlog management and delivery cadence in collaborative environments.
- Experience preparing executive-level status updates and project reporting.
- Ability to support user acceptance testing, release coordination, and handoff to operations.
