Join a collaborative enterprise automation team focused on building intelligent, scalable solutions that improve how business processes run. This role blends robotic process automation, intelligent document processing, and systems integration to deliver secure, high-quality automation across a modern technology landscape.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, test, and deploy automation solutions that align with business goals and technical standards
- Develop and support automation workflows using Automation Anywhere A360 with a focus on production-ready delivery
- Build intelligent document processing solutions and apply OCR/IDP capabilities to streamline document-driven work
- Integrate automation solutions with APIs, databases, enterprise systems, and other applications using structured data formats and authentication methods
- Collaborate with business partners, developers, and platform teams to translate requirements into scalable automation designs
- Assist with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution to help meet operational service levels
- Evaluate process automation opportunities by considering feasibility, risk, maintainability, and business value
- Participate in Agile delivery and support change management, security, and CoE best practices throughout the lifecycle
- Contribute to ongoing improvement efforts and help support automation solutions after deployment
Skills
- Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere A360
- Practical experience delivering RPA and/or IDP solutions, ideally with examples of work in production
- Understanding of automation design, process analysis, and solution development
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML, authentication concepts, and error handling
- Ability to connect automation tools with enterprise platforms, services, and data sources
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze issues and recommend solutions
- Clear communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a team-oriented environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with intelligent document processing tools such as ABBYY or similar OCR/IDP technologies
- Experience integrating automation solutions with Azure AI services and/or Google Vertex AI
- Background in banking or other financial services environments
- Familiarity with process engineering or workflow analysis software
- Experience supporting automation solutions after go-live, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Exposure to AI/ML service consumption patterns or cloud-based architecture concepts
