Join a dynamic marketing team supporting member communications that make a real impact across a complex, highly regulated healthcare environment. This contract role is focused on developing and executing omni-channel campaigns that help ensure clear, compliant, and member-centered communications.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of Medicaid member marketing campaigns tied to expansion plan requirements and contractual obligations.
- Develop coordinated communication strategies across print, digital, email, SMS, outbound calling, and other member touchpoints.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including compliance, legal, operations, creative, analytics, and health plan stakeholders, to align messaging and delivery.
- Adapt and localize communication plans to meet market-specific needs and regulatory expectations.
- Coordinate creative revisions, versioning, approvals, and deployment of member-facing materials.
- Manage timelines and campaign activities to help ensure communications are delivered accurately and on schedule.
- Support messaging and reporting requirements for regulatory, contractual, and operational needs.
- Contribute to a member-first approach that values clarity, accuracy, and accessibility in all communications.
Skills
- At least 3 years of marketing experience in a complex, matrixed environment.
- Experience creating and executing member marketing or engagement campaigns in healthcare, Medicaid, managed care, or other regulated industries.
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory considerations for member communications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects at the same time.
- Experience working across multiple channels, including both digital and traditional marketing methods.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with internal teams and senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using Adobe Workfront.
Preferred Skills
- Background in Medicaid, managed care, or health plan marketing.
- Experience supporting communications related to eligibility, enrollment, renewals, work requirements, or similar government-sponsored healthcare programs.
- Knowledge of state approval workflows and regulatory review processes for member-facing materials.
- Experience building omni-channel member journeys with measurable outcomes.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and stakeholder needs.
