Join a collaborative infrastructure team supporting enterprise endpoints and print environments across retail and corporate operations. This role offers the opportunity to engineer, modernize, and improve the reliability of printer and endpoint platforms while partnering with cross-functional teams and vendors to drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Design, support, and maintain enterprise printing and endpoint infrastructure across retail and supply chain environments.
- Manage Lexmark and Zebra printer platforms, including firmware updates, monitoring, troubleshooting, and lifecycle activities.
- Build automation and process improvements to strengthen reliability, standardization, and supportability.
- Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to problem resolution and prevention.
- Partner with infrastructure, deployment, support, and vendor teams to improve operational readiness.
- Support a broad range of hardware and Microsoft client infrastructure used in retail and corporate settings.
- Create clear technical documentation and communicate updates effectively with stakeholders.
Skills
- Strong PowerShell skills and hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Background in printing support, desktop support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a larger team.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing diverse hardware types, platforms, and enterprise support tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with enterprise printing environments.
- Knowledge of Lexmark and Zebra printer support.
- Familiarity with firmware management and endpoint infrastructure.
- Exposure to supply chain technology environments.
- Experience with MarkVision Enterprise.
- Background in incident and problem management.
- Experience with change management and operational documentation.
- Vendor management experience and a mindset for process automation and standardization.
