Join a dynamic digital delivery team where you will help coordinate complex, cross-functional initiatives and keep work moving smoothly from intake through launch. Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multiple cross-functional digital initiatives at once, helping teams stay aligned from planning through delivery.
- Partner with product, engineering, design, content, marketing operations, compliance, legal, security, and platform teams to keep work progressing toward shared goals.
- Help translate product strategy into actionable delivery plans, roadmaps, release calendars, and dependency maps.
- Track priorities, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating blockers when decisions or support are needed.
- Maintain clear and consistent program communications, including status updates, meeting cadences, and delivery artifacts.
- Support launch and operational readiness by coordinating go/no-go activities, handoffs, and post-launch issue resolution.
- Assist with vendor and budget awareness when external partners are involved, including planning, tracking, and escalation as needed.
- Promote continuous improvement by documenting follow-up actions and helping teams implement agreed process enhancements.
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in delivery management, project management, digital product delivery, technology delivery, or a related field.
- Experience coordinating complex initiatives across multiple teams, stakeholders, or workstreams.
- Strong ability to manage dependencies, risks, issues, milestones, and stakeholder communications.
- Working knowledge of Agile product delivery environments.
- Ability to create clear delivery artifacts such as status reports, roadmaps, RAID logs, decision logs, dependency maps, or launch readiness materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for leadership and stakeholders.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a matrixed environment.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build trust and work effectively across remote or virtual teams.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting public-facing web, digital marketing, customer experience, mobile, or enterprise platform initiatives.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), content management systems, digital analytics, SEO, accessibility, or site performance.
- Experience using Aha, Rally, Workfront, Microsoft 365, Teams, or similar planning and collaboration tools.
- Background coordinating vendor or agency work, including budget awareness or statement-of-work execution.
- Ability to use data and delivery signals to communicate health, predictability, risk, and trade-off recommendations.
- Experience in large corporate, health care, digital product, or highly regulated environments.
