JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for an experienced Enablement Program Manager to help drive onboarding, training, content creation, and ongoing learning for a fast-growing, global services organization. This remote contract role is ideal for a strategic, highly collaborative professional who can translate business goals into practical enablement programs that support field and account management teams.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to design, launch, improve, and measure enablement programs that support business goals.
  • Develop onboarding and training experiences for market managers, associates, and field teams across global operations.
  • Create and curate learning assets such as eLearning modules, guides, worksheets, videos, playbooks, and talking points.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives by building resources that help teams communicate clearly and work effectively with customers.
  • Maintain and organize enablement content within a content management platform such as Highspot.
  • Keep program documentation accurate, current, and easy to access for key stakeholders.
  • Gather feedback from central partners and field teams and use it to continuously improve enablement strategy.
  • Communicate program progress, priorities, and roadmaps clearly across cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with product, communications, operations, and leadership partners to prepare teams for new feature launches and business changes.
  • Help expand the use of AI-powered enablement tools that support coaching, practice, and team engagement.

Skills

  • At least 5 years of experience in an enablement role with a proven record of managing complex projects from start to finish.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Experience translating strategy into execution across multiple teams and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to timely, accurate work.
  • Experience onboarding team members and supporting ongoing learning and development.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency with G Suite, Salesforce, Excel, Highspot, Adobe, Gong, AI tools, Articulate, Canva Pro, or Figma.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to build clear, engaging, and accessible content.

Preferred Skills

  • Background supporting sales enablement, revenue operations, or product go-to-market initiatives.
  • Experience working across global teams and diverse business functions.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies, coaching tools, and enablement best practices.
  • Design skills that support the creation of polished learning and communication materials.
  • Experience in large, complex organizations and fast-moving growth environments.
  • Ability to manage change, adapt quickly, and bring a systems-thinking approach to program development.
