We’re seeking a SharePoint Support Specialist to help support and enhance a Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environment, including migration efforts from on-premises SharePoint to M365. This role offers the opportunity to partner with cross-functional teams, solve business challenges, and contribute to thoughtful, user-focused solutions in a dynamic setting.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day SharePoint operations and assist users with training and troubleshooting
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into practical Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Nintex solutions
- Help design out-of-the-box or custom solutions that align with business needs
- Contribute to migration activities from on-premises SharePoint to Microsoft 365
- Support Nintex migration efforts and related workflow needs
- Maintain awareness of current development concepts, best practices, and Microsoft 365 capabilities
- Collaborate across teams to support business value and maintain strong working relationships
- Manage competing priorities while keeping work organized and detail-oriented
Skills
- Hands-on experience supporting SharePoint environments
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
- Strong requirement-gathering and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to provide strong customer service and maintain a customer-focused mindset
- Comfort working in a collaborative environment and handling multiple priorities
- Analytical thinking and sound decision-making skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with business process mapping and workflow development
- SharePoint-related certifications
- Familiarity with SharePoint Designer and InfoPath
- Experience with Nintex Workflow or similar workflow tools
- Exposure to Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, Exchange, and Stream
- Knowledge of web technologies such as JavaScript, JSON, CSS, and HTML
- Experience with third-party SharePoint integrations such as HarePoint, Bamboo Solutions, or ShareGate
- Six Sigma certification
