Join a dynamic hardware fulfillment and inventory operations team supporting client technology devices across stores, distribution centers, and headquarters locations. This onsite warehouse role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, detailed tracking, and helping keep critical technology moving efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Process hardware requests by picking, packing, configuring, and shipping equipment needed to resolve device issues.
- Support day-to-day inventory control, including tracking, reconciliation, and warranty-related processing.
- Maintain accurate records and help ensure inventory systems reflect real-time stock and movement.
- Perform firmware or application setup tasks as needed to prepare hardware for deployment.
- Communicate clearly with store or site contacts to understand needs and help minimize operational impact.
- Work flexibly across shifting priorities to support fulfillment, inventory, and configuration tasks throughout the day.
- Handle and move boxes, pallets, and packages weighing 25 lbs. or more as part of warehouse operations.

- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tracking information.
- Experience working with inventory systems and accurate data management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build positive working relationships and collaborate effectively.
- Comfort working independently, adapting to ambiguity, and taking initiative.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Interest in learning new and evolving technologies.
Preferred Skills
- Technical degree or related educational background.
- Experience in a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Experience with packaging, shipping, or warehouse inventory workflows.
