Join a fast-paced project management opportunity supporting holiday readiness and peak-season execution for a large-scale e-commerce operation in Austin, TX. This on-site role focuses on keeping cross-functional initiatives aligned, tracking milestones, and driving clear communication across stakeholders to help deliver a successful Q4 season.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the project plan for holiday readiness, including timelines, milestones, and deliverable tracking.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to align priorities, dependencies, and execution steps.
• Lead recurring check-in meetings to monitor progress, surface risks, and keep workstreams moving forward.
• Support daily standups during peak season and follow up with business partners to ensure tasks stay on track.
• Prepare status updates for leadership that summarize progress, risks, and any needed escalations.
• Help manage program readiness from early planning through peak execution.

Skills

• 2–4 years of project or program management experience.
• Strong ability to organize priorities and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills with confidence leading meetings and following up with stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively across teams and drive accountability.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Experience using project management tools and methods to track work and progress.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or operations.
• Familiarity with Asana or Jira.
• Background supporting seasonal, high-volume, or deadline-driven programs.
• Strong presentation and status reporting skills.
• A proactive, collaborative approach with a positive attitude.
