We’re looking for an experienced Adobe Journey Optimizer consultant to support email delivery strategy and IP warming for a high-visibility campaign launch. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to partner with marketing and technology teams, strengthen deliverability performance, and help shape a scalable foundation for future email programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute IP warming activities across sending IPs and domains to support campaign readiness
• Configure, validate, and QA email sending setup, including authentication and related delivery controls
• Build and manage volume ramp plans aligned with inbox provider thresholds and send targets
• Monitor deliverability performance and translate reporting into clear, actionable recommendations
• Manage email journey operations, including sending rules, frequency controls, and throttling logic
• Coordinate with deliverability stakeholders on backend analytics, feedback loops, and remediation efforts
• Create documentation such as SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge resources to support ongoing client ownership
• Lead workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to help teams adopt IP warming and deliverability best practices

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in email marketing technology
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer
• Proven success executing IP warming for high-volume email programs
• Strong understanding of email deliverability concepts, including sender reputation and inbox placement
• Working knowledge of authentication protocols such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
• Experience with suppression lists, bounce handling, and engagement-based segmentation
• Ability to read deliverability dashboards and use data to guide decisions
• Clear communication and presentation skills
• Experience working in a global delivery model

Preferred Skills

• Adobe certification related to Campaign or Journey Optimizer
• Experience training or mentoring offshore or nearshore teams
• Familiarity with ISP postmaster tools such as Google Postmaster and Microsoft SNDS
• Background in retail, convenience, or loyalty-focused email programs
• Comfort collaborating across marketing, technical, and delivery teams
