Join our dynamic team as a Program/Project Manager, where you'll lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and drive innovation. This role offers the opportunity to blend traditional project management with agile methodologies in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze project proposals to determine timelines, funding, and processes for successful completion.
- Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and tasks.
- Provide leadership and motivation to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Establish work plans and staffing for project activities and coordinate recruitment or assignment of personnel.
- Implement communication plans and perform risk assessments with mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project activities to ensure quality and consistency across information systems.
- Direct and coordinate project personnel to ensure timely and budget-compliant progress.
- Create and distribute status reports to stakeholders.
- Lead complex, cross-departmental projects and interact with management at all levels.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of IT work experience, including 2 years in project coordination and 3 years in business unit-facing roles.
- Experience with projects involving multiple technology or functional domains.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, resource management practices, and change management techniques.
- Ability to blend traditional project management principles with agile development approaches.
Preferred Skills
- PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships across stakeholder communities.
- Experience in leading enterprise-wide programs with multiple teams.
- Proficiency in stakeholder mapping, communications, and reporting.
