Join a dynamic team as a Compliance Operations Coordinator, where you'll provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure compliance within property management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to building safety and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-volume administrative support for property management tasks, including permits and inspections.
- Monitor and manage documentation related to building safety assets, such as fire systems and security protocols.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including vendors and internal teams, to ensure compliance processes are followed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for inspections, work orders, and invoices.
- Support the tracking and reporting of compliance-related activities and documentation.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as sorting, scanning, and mailing important documents.
Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or operations coordination roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in property management, facilities support, or similar operational environments.
- Familiarity with work order systems or document management tools.
- Ability to adapt to new systems and processes quickly.
- Experience in customer support or vendor communication.
