Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reports for executive leadership.
- Provide comprehensive meeting support, including preparing presentations and updating databases.
- Handle incoming calls and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
- Maintain office supplies, records, and mail distribution efficiently.
- Assist with customer and vendor communications, fostering strong relationships.
- Support the main switchboard operations as needed.
- Adapt to additional tasks and overtime requirements as necessary.
Skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Windows-based electronic mail systems.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent mathematical skills for complex calculations and data analysis.
- Ability to work independently while prioritizing tasks effectively.
- High attention to detail with strong grammar and proofreading skills.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with DoD travel regulations and systems like JTR and DTS.
- Experience with PeopleSoft and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of web-based applications and conferencing tools.
