Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of major event workstreams, including content and expo management.
• Provide status updates to senior leadership and identify potential roadblocks.
• Create and maintain detailed project timelines, driving progress with clear communication.
• Innovate program execution and delivery methods to enhance event experiences.
• Lead onsite management during live events, ensuring seamless execution.
• Conduct post-event analysis to drive improvements for future programs.

Skills

• 7-9 years of professional experience in marketing or event management.
• Strong analytical abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Proven track record of managing and executing cross-functional programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment managing multiple projects.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• Background in experiential marketing or events program management.
