Job Description:

• We're looking for a UX Designer with experience at the intersection of design systems, AI-enabled workflows, and product creation tooling. 
• The ideal candidate has experience designing workflows, evaluating emerging technologies, and helping teams adopt new ways of working across large organizations. 
• They should be comfortable partnering across design, engineering, research, accessibility, and product teams to improve how products move from idea to implementation through AI-assisted and platform-enabled workflows. 

• Support the evolution of the builder experience across design, engineering, and AI-assisted workflows by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and adoption. 
• Design and document workflows, guardrails, and best practices that enable teams to create consistent, accessible, and scalable experiences through both human-authored and AI-assisted approaches. 
• Partner with engineering teams to support AI enablement initiatives, including prompt-based interfaces, Figma Make workflows, code generation, MCP-enabled tooling, and design-to-development integrations. 
• Conduct discovery and research activities to understand builder needs, identify friction points, and uncover opportunities for workflow improvement, automation, and adoption. 
• Partner across design, engineering, research, accessibility, operations, and product teams to support adoption of new tools, workflows, and platform capabilities. 
• Support the definition and measurement of adoption, workflow efficiency, quality, accessibility, and builder satisfaction metrics. 
• Facilitate pilots, workshops, experimentation efforts, and enablement activities that help teams understand and adopt emerging capabilities. 
• Prototype and demonstrate future-state workflows, concepts, and experiences that inform the evolution of product creation practices. 

• 5+ years of experience in UX, design systems, workflow design, design operations, service design, or related disciplines. 
• Experience contributing to workflow transformation, tooling initiatives, design system adoption efforts, or platform programs within large organizations. 
• Experience working across large organizations and influencing outcomes among multiple stakeholder groups. 
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design and development workflows, including prompt-based interfaces, code generation, Figma Make, MCP-enabled tooling, or related technologies. 
• Experience partnering closely with engineering teams to define workflows, tooling requirements, platform capabilities, or design-to-development processes. 
• Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, workflow design, service design, platform enablement, organizational influence, or large-scale change initiatives. 

• Strong systems-thinking skills with the ability to connect workflows, tools, governance, and user needs into cohesive solutions. 
• Familiarity with AI-assisted product creation, intent-driven experiences, prompt-to-UI approaches, MCP-enabled tooling, and emerging builder technologies. 
• Experience designing workflows, service blueprints, enablement materials, or operational processes across complex organizations. 
• Strong communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to align stakeholders around new ideas and ways of working. 
• Ability to translate ambiguity into actionable recommendations, prototypes, experiments, and implementation plans. 
• Experience collaborating with engineers to evaluate, improve, and implement tooling and workflow solutions.
