Join our dynamic team as an Associate Digital Product Manager, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing digital experiences and driving sales for our yearbook division. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on innovative projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and technology partners to prioritize and design solutions for product issues and support requests.
- Create and manage training materials, including step-by-step guides, graphics, and tutorial videos for customers and sales representatives.
- Lead training sessions on product features for internal teams and support the annual updates for yearbook creation sites.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct market research, analyze trends, and provide feedback to the engineering team to enhance product offerings.
Skills
- 1-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong preference for 3-4 years.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in web technology, including front-end and back-end technologies, and mobile applications.
- Experience with Agile product development and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with content management systems and creating training materials.
- Familiarity with Canva and proprietary software for yearbook creation.
- Exposure to B2B marketing and the education market.
- Experience with Google Docs, Google Classroom, and WordPress.
- Knowledge of project management tools like Jira.
