Join our dynamic team as a Sample Coordinator, where you'll play a crucial role in managing sample requests and inventory for a leading fashion brand. This position offers a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally and support PR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle incoming sample requests, ensuring timely processing and communication with requesters.
- Coordinate store pulls and manage sample borrowing to meet urgent deadlines.
- Order and track long lead samples, providing regular updates on their status.
- Assist in planning and executing packaging and send-out processes, ensuring all products are organized and accounted for.
- Maintain inventory grids and manage communication with vendors regarding samples.
- Provide administrative support, including professional communication with internal and external contacts.
- Facilitate photo requests and attend relevant team meetings.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in managing inventory and tracking systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a similar role within the fashion or retail industry.
- Familiarity with PR and editorial processes.
- Knowledge of internal product sample systems and photo sharing platforms.
