We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Regulatory Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while managing regulatory product launches and ensuring compliance across various jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of regulatory product and workflow launches globally.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Policy, and Customer Support to drive alignment on execution plans.
• Manage ongoing inquiries related to regulations and regulatory products, ensuring a seamless host experience.
• Act as the primary point of contact for specific jurisdictions, overseeing operational tasks and strategic program management.
• Maintain project documentation and advocate for host needs throughout the regulatory lifecycle.

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or product operations in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and quality.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, along with excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and effectively adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficient in collaborating with diverse teams to achieve common goals.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in dual-sided marketplaces or similar industries.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or Airtable.
• Knowledge of SQL and data-driven decision-making practices.
• Background in Trust & Safety Operations is a plus.
