We are seeking an experienced Sr Project Manager to lead and manage critical projects within a dynamic environment. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive success.

Responsibilities

• Define and align work strategies with resources and client outcomes, overseeing the planning and execution of large-scale implementations.
• Anticipate and proactively address potential project issues, ensuring smooth operations.
• Gather and update project materials, documentation, and deliverables, maintaining thorough records of lessons learned.
• Communicate project details effectively to both business and technical teams, including clients.
• Manage cross-functional interdependencies and improve processes to optimize performance.
• Conduct risk management and problem resolution as required throughout the project lifecycle.
• Represent project status to stakeholders and leadership, addressing challenges and providing updates.

Skills

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience with a strong focus on client relations.
• Hands-on experience with all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Project and Visio.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in project management for State Medicaid Agencies or large healthcare organizations.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• Experience facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions.
• Familiarity with data migration projects and the M&O phase of project lifecycles.
