Responsibilities

• Fulfill deployment and recovery requests related to hardware for U.S. HQ users.
• Manage inventory through stocking, picking, tracking, configuring, and shipping hardware.
• Conduct detailed inventory management and break/fix operations with a strong attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and adherence to established processes.
• Engage in effective communication to build strong business relationships within the organization.

Skills

• Ability to work independently with limited supervision while maintaining a collaborative spirit.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate execution of tasks.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear interactions.
• Physical capability to lift over 25 lbs and move pallets as needed.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications for various MacBook models and Dell Client Foundations certification.
• Experience with inventory systems and hardware fulfillment processes.
• Familiarity with break/fix operations and technical support roles.
