Join a dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate, where you will play a crucial role in supporting hardware fulfillment and inventory management for a leading organization. This position offers the opportunity to work on-site in a collaborative environment, contributing to the efficient operation of essential services.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill deployment and recovery requests related to hardware for U.S. HQ users.
- Manage inventory through stocking, picking, tracking, configuring, and shipping hardware.
- Conduct detailed inventory management and break/fix operations with a strong attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and adherence to established processes.
- Engage in effective communication to build strong business relationships within the organization.
Skills
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision while maintaining a collaborative spirit.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate execution of tasks.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear interactions.
- Physical capability to lift over 25 lbs and move pallets as needed.
Preferred Skills
- Certifications for various MacBook models and Dell Client Foundations certification.
- Experience with inventory systems and hardware fulfillment processes.
- Familiarity with break/fix operations and technical support roles.
