We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers flexibility while providing an exciting opportunity to contribute to the monthly and quarterly network provider incentive process.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a small team to support the monthly and quarterly check run for provider incentives.
• Generate and reconcile data files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established processes.
• Convert data into appropriate formats for check runs, coordinating with external teams as necessary.
• Validate data accuracy through effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed documentation of processes and findings to support transparency and efficiency.

Skills

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience in managing or supporting incentive compensation processes.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software relevant to the role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Background in healthcare or related fields.
• Experience with data reconciliation and check run processes.
• Familiarity with data management and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
